The process is user-friendly, letting you select a time that suits you. If your preferred time isn't available, please choose another slot and use the waitlist feature. This increases your chances of getting your ideal time if there's a cancellation.

After you book your appointment, I'll review the details and make any needed adjustments. Then, I'll send you an intake form via email to gather information about your hair. We'll use this during your consultation to create a personalized plan. Please submit the form before your appointment.
You'll receive a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to reschedule, the email will include a link to make changes easily.
After you book your appointment, I'll review the details and make any needed adjustments. Then, I'll send you an intake form via email to gather information about your hair. We'll use this during your consultation to create a personalized plan. Please submit the form before your appointment.

During your visit:
Upon your arrival, please enter the salon from the front entrance and proceed down the hallway on the right-hand side. My studio, Studio 112, will be located there. Rest assured that prior to your visit, my studio undergoes thorough disinfection to ensure a clean and safe environment for you.
For individual appointments, I typically schedule one person at a time to provide personalized attention and focus. However, if you would like to book an appointment for a friend as well, I am more than happy to accommodate your request.

- To keep you hydrated and refreshed, water is readily available for you to take with you if needed.
- I offer a variety of beverage options during your visit, including wine or sparkling adult beverages, specifically available during color services to enhance your experience.
- For your snacking pleasure, I provide various types of snacks to satisfy your cravings and keep you comfortable during your appointment.
- If you'd like to enjoy your favorite playlist, I have an Apple Home speaker in the studio that allows you to listen to your preferred music.
- During all services, I use high-quality products to ensure the best results. If you're interested, these products are also available for purchase. You can conveniently pick them up or browse through the selection during your appointment or walk-in visit.

To provide you with convenient payment options, I accept the following methods:
- Cash Payments: Please note that I can only accept cash in exact amounts. This ensures a smooth transaction and avoids any inconvenience caused by lack of change.
